Paul usually opens for breakfast about 7, but the coffee urns are going and
and one's done by 6. He starts them in a sequence so he can have hot, fresh
coffee through the breakfast/lunch hours, then makes more fresh for supper
and evening.

I've been getting free coffee and danish every Pennsic morning for years for
sharpening all the B&B spatulas. :)

It's amazing how much those guys use spatulas during just the breakfast
rush! 

B&B serves ~2,000 people every morning over 3 hours, more than 600
breakfasts/hour through a _huge_ muckin' tent. Then they get an hour break
to clean everything up before the lunch crowd starts coming in.

Geez, doesn't look like I spend much time at B&B or anything, does it?
