But it did, ABANA is a membership organization not just a board of  
directors. I think both the membership and board forget this way too  
often. If a member wants to see something done then they should make  
it a crusade, if enough of the membership get behind it then the  
board will have to find a way to accomplish it or show real reasons  
why not or be voted out of office. If the members want something to  
be done differently then it is the members responsibility to do  
something about it.
