This is more what I was thinking of though I didn't 
find THE one, this is pretty close. It's useable on 
different size drums as well.

I can't tell you how glad I am you chose not to weld on 
that drum. I've welded up a lot of fuel oil tanks and 
no matter how much prep you put into it there's still a 
conciderable pucker factor.
