I think a good book for beginners is:

Blacksmithing Primer: A Course in Basic and
intermediate Blacksmithing by Randy McDaniel 

Another one is:

The New Edge of the Anvil by Jack Andrews

I personally don't care much for the ones you listed
below, but that's just my personal opinion.
