Hi Mike,
I don't see anything that looks like a horse shoe. The markings look
like "HUBBARD SPECIAL ALLOY". And no, they weren't digitally blurred.
It looks more like hammer blows that blurred the markings. Why anyone
would feel the need to pound on that spot I don't know. Otherwise it
is in pretty good shape.
No stikers here, just me.
