Actually, there are some industrial/farm business close by, and it 
wouldn't surprise me to find out it was available.  I have some friends 
who can probably find out for sure.  Give me a day or two.

True, but if you look at the large barn building in the upper right hand 
corner of the picture, there is a decent sized paved area on one side of 
it that could be set up with power hammers.  It gets semi-sized trucks and 
school buses driven over it regularly, along with container sized 
dumpsters parked there.  It is also open on one side and concrete on the 
inside, it would be a great open area forging demo area.
