I haven't tried the first bread recipe as written, I've 
made a yeasted up version twice now though and really 
like it. Using 1tsp of yeast and 1tsp of sugar disolved 
in the water makes it really fast rising. Start to eat 
in about 2 hrs. <Fresh bread. Mmmmmm>

I haven't gotten around to any of the ones on the 
Cooks.com site yet. Deb and I are trying to control our 
bread intake. <grin>
