I believe you are right Andrew! 

How can we push the Feds to outright Ban the IC engines?... but it would
have to be done quickly before someone figured out the upside to it (the 90%
die-off rate)

.... and just think of all the Smithing work we could get in the
aftermath...

(mostly, but not totally, kidding around here!)
