[TheForge] Sighting in Rifles

Please understand that I don't want to get into the
rights arguements, but I don't see somker's rights in
the Bill of Rights. I used to be a smoker and would
like all smokers to quit. But the states and the fed
have made being a smoker difficult. 

Other wise, smokers should have their place at bars,
restaraunts, strip clubs and casinos.
