Borrowed a belt grinder from a friend and his belt sander. He hadn't used
them in a few years. Lent me the belts and all. Many of the belts came
apart or got a lump where the joint was. I ended up buying new belts to do
the job and he got a hand full when I gave the stuff back. He' s a
scrounger and had no idea how old the belts were but he had them a few
years. I heard heating them will re soften the glue but I have never tried it.
