[TheForge] Mineral Wool ,ITC 100 efficacy ?

What I saw was about using it to seal an existing slab 
against ground moisture. They were putting a framed 
floor over it.

I'm going to hit the local building supply or concrete 
place (more expensive) and see what I can see. The 
stuff comes in really handy for a number of things I 
have in mind.
