[TheForge] J. S. Wheeler metal planer

I have access to a large 18" x 60"  metal planer weighing about 3000 lbs. 
Made by J. S. Wheeler & Co of  Worcester, MA. Price will be $100 or less. I 
suspect late 19th to early 20th c.  

Does anyone have any familiarity with this co (I could not find anything  on 
line) or product. Does anyone in the Southeastern, PA area have any interest  
in having this planer.
