The stud type anchors wont work for this application as when the theatre 
chairs are removed to make space for wheelchairs, the studs will be 
sticking up from the concrete and will likely cause injury to the 
wheelchair, if not the feet of an unsuspecting patron.  Trip and fall is 
another scenario.
