[TheForge] Kinyon Air Hammer Problem

It sounds to me that you have valve problems. Either the main switching 
valve is sticking (some pneumatic oil in the air feed) or the trip valves 
are coming apart. Mine did this and I had to take them off and tighten the 
face plates . Depending on your valve scheme it sounds like the one that 
actuates the down stroke is screwed up or the main switching valve is 
sticking on the change over.
