Yep, we put the dough right on the tile after the oven pre-heats it. 
Then we spray the bread 4 times in the first 10 minutes... then keep the
oven closed for the last 15 minutes of baking time.

An apology to all is indicated as well.

I'm sorry, I shouldn't have thrown that last bit in.  I'd just gotten a note
from a friend about some carpenters & other people getting hassled when they
were protesting Home Depots sheltering of illegal aliens who were doing home
remodeling in CA.

It was off topic and I'll try not to do that again!

good idea on the tiles. Do you put the raw bread right on the tiles or 
in a pan?

What is "support illegal Day Worker policies"?
