And it looks like they copied the "job description" straight out of
the US Dept. of Labor Index of Occupational Titles. 

[Exact title of this tome may vary but it's a big book, now maybe a
CD, that lists all "acceptable" occupational titles along with a
description in mind-numbing bureaucratese.]

If they'd used the title "Ornamental Metalwork Designer" [upscale,
white-collar] instead of "Blacksmith" [downscale, blue-collar name
for, essentially, the same job], they'd have to do better than $10/hr,
eh?
