There are 2 different sets of plans out there that I know of...

Jims has photos, parts lists and assembly tips

and Cliff Ohlenburger just announced his plans for a 24 Ton H-Press.
His includes parts list w/sources, CAD drawings for each part, step-by-step 
construction details,
& a CD with 42 digital photos of the construction process
his is $25 + $2.50 s&h
