That is truly sad news. She has been a treasure to the blacksmithing  
community since the 1977 publication of her 'Decorative and Sculptural Ironwork'  and 
so many other wonderful books since then. I've seldom met such an ambitious,  
never stop, bundle of energy or anyone who just plain loved to write and 
publish  as much as she. Her books on jewelry, sewing, cooking, ceramics, etc.,  
etc., etc., are as fine as those she did for us. A very significant loss.
