Nope, actually, I didn't. Commas are used to indicate a slight
hesitatation for emphasis between thoughts, in addition, of course, to
separating clauses, and in the first thought, it was appropriate. In
the second, it was not.

Besides, Andy NEEDS a bit of aggravation occasionally.
