What I was referring to was not the rule book but the tasks that need to be
accomplished and some resources to help to that end. On this list I have
seen problems presented and several folks stepped up with possible solutions
and or volunteered resources to solve the problem.

Dan, The ABANA conferences are every other year and yes we have all
kinds of guidelines.seems like some people just refuse to follow the
rules. Be that as it may, every location and geographic area has its
own unique benefits and problems. One set of rules won't cover all.
