and how much does it cost to rent for 3 weeks? Rental depends on the amount of
space needed. American Airlines company pic-nic just rented the upper portion.
I will refer you to the Expo Square website at:
http://www.exposquare.com/index.htm
> Will there insurance and the local fire code allow open fires? They may grant
exemption for forges. I can bet that bonfires are not allowed. Expo Square is
in the mid town area of Tulsa.
and > compressed gas bottles? The propane issue may be a sticking point The
mention on the website that cylinders are not allowed indoors.
Can a group do there own loading and unloading
> or do we have to use teamsters?
Every body loads and unloads themselves. if you need forklifts there are rental
agencies nearby. There are specific requirements that motor vehicles must be
out of the building and not running during events. There are agencies that can
arrange day labor also if needed.
The Expo Square website has an awful lot of info and contact information.I hate
to make it look like I am dodging you but It would carry more clout if a member
of the board contacted them.
If you need me to get some contacts in the fire dept to research local law I
can bet I can find someone to answer questions.
Thanks Tod.
