[TheForge] ABANA is NOT dead...

Since these events have happened every year has anyone put together a book
of the things that were done in planning and then in the execution of each
of these events? This would go a long way in people stepping forward to
help. If they knew what needed to be done and one of the ways that it had
been done in the past.
Just a thought.

Aubrey, have you asked the Oklahoma affiliate if they were willing to
take on the task of doing the foot-work of locating the equipment and
the 10,000 other things that need doing?
just wondering

accommodations for travel trailer hook-ups. I'm not sure about tent
camping. They are both in medium sized cities with plenty of hotel/motel
options. They have food and restroom facilities, large and small exhibition
and demonstration buildings, plenty of parking, set-up for large crowds,
etc.
