What Wisconsin has to offer:

Wisconsin county fair grounds of various sizes and facilities through 
out the state.

State fairground in Milwaukee has a trailer camp attached, an LP supply 
facility on the grounds, numerous buildings and the carny grounds for 
tents. Lots of motels, from clean and warm to water slides, off of easy 
freeway access, same for the airport and train. There are also dormitory 
facilities that the 4-H crowd uses during fair time. Downtown and 
suburban shopping and entertainment for the fellow travelers.

The only drawback is that it might be too pricey and would probably be 
too big.
