SCA dues are $35 a year, which includes a copy of your local
newsletter. But, you don't have to be a member to play- we have a
(usually) $3 surcharge per event if you're a non-member, although
Pennsic has a $20 surcharge. Also family rates.

FWIW, Cooper's Lake is just north of Pittsburgh. It's a campground
used to holding large events, and there are motels nearby. Coopers are
very easy to deal with, and would probably enjoy an event of this
nature. Two good local hospitals nearby, as well as a VA, and two nice
towns with good grocery stores, a Super WalMart, and other places to
get whatever individuals might need. Anybody at ABANA wants to see
what Pennsic is like, I'll be willing to have you as a guest in my
camp, as long as you preregister, for Pennsic.
I'm willing to do what I can to help ABANA. I love smithing almost as
much as I love SCA, and I'd really like to help make things happen, in
my small way.
