Yeah, that was the big one, 30' X 30. @0' X 20" are $1395, and smaller
are cheaper. I  just like that one because it's red and white ;-) But
there are others from the same line:

But my point was, you could own 10 of these, and have them for future
conferences as cheaply as you can rent them.

Myself, I make do quite well with an 8' X 16' that cost me about $100.
You could set up 2 10' X 20's next to each other for about $179 each
and have plenty of room, and if you don't think they're tall enough,
just make leg extensions- we are blacksmiths, after all. I like my 8'
X 16', but I decxided it was a bit too low, so I cut some saplings
last fall, and they're drying in the garage now. I'll be using them
for tent poles.

No reason you couldn't do the same thing with a 10' X 20' standard
shelter, and buy a couple side walls, have a 20' X (about) 24'
shelter- if it rains, any smith dumb enough to stand under the cracks
deserves a drenching.

But, the idea is that there are other options than spending $30,000 on tentage.

We're smiths, we're hobbyists, and we're cheapskates. Let's look at
avoiding inventing problems to solve by thowing money at them.
