[TheForge] Sidearm burners

That wasn't the approach I was using Marc (but good comments). What I 
was trying to do was take a burner that is pretty much optimized (as far 
as I know) and replace it with a side arm burner of the same mechanical 
size (so it would be easy to swap back and forth).

Measuring propane flow is a good idea, but it will probably take me a 
couple of years to get around to it....
