The numbers on the side of the pw anvil the 3 means 3 english hundred 
weight (110 lbs.?) the 2 is 1/4 hundred weights and the 1 are single 
pounds. If the hard table is in good shape (no major chips,cracks, and 
there is no buzz when you tap it [means broken weld between hard face and 
base] ). It is hard to find a P.W. that size. If your not going to try to 
lug it around to do shows or demos that anvil will do you good service for 
your lifetime and the next smith's. I wouldn't pass it up.
