Nope, forget the Harbor Fright burners.  Take a look at Rex's burners 
at http://www.hybridburners.com/ if you don't want to build your 
own,  or at Ron Reil's site at http://ronreil.abana.org/Forge1.shtml 
for do it yourself. Note, follow Ron's directions exactly for a great 
burner, on modifying it you can get a good or ok burner.
Mike Porter's Book is great as well. Again rtfm and follow 
instructions exactly for the best results.
