	I would say that given the dearth of wrought iron in places like OR 
(compared to places like NJ and Philadelphia where you almost cannot 
take a step without tripping over it), .25/# isn't all that bad.  Grant 
you it is still 5X scrap price, but given that nobody makes it anymore, 
I'd call that reasonable.
