That's the way mine is. One side holds immovable stuff -- Forge,
heavy tools, workbenches & storage. The other takes the pickup. Any
Objects on that side are on wheels, on rollers or can me moved with
the engine hoist (which is on wheels.)
But it depends on what you want to do to the "full trailer rig". If
you want to get real lateral with major repairs, spray painting or the
like, lots of room on all sides may be more important to you than the
static space.
