we aren't?
from my standpoint we are extremely oppressed.
the american legal system is a game played only
by the rich. while, the common peasant may at
times win a court ruling involving one of the
players (rich player) to eventually pay out some
money; the pay out never happens. the player just
keeps appealing and appealing and appealing.
the state of illinois requires drivers to have
automobile insurance under the notion that any
and all liabilities will be covered by said auto
insurance. along comes a claim. the liable party
has not read all the clauses in their insurance
policy. they were suppose to maintain the vehicle
in proper and sound running order. driving the
vehicle with 4 bald tires is not proper and sound
running order therefore the liable party's auto
insurance does not exist. under the state of illinois
law if the liable party does not pay the injured
party's medical bills, the injured party is liable
for the medical bills. entry into the legal system
game in the form of a personal injury lawsuit occurs.
the cost of the entry is 30 percent of any settlement
goes to the lawyer plus expenses. can you say SUCKER?
the american medical system feeds the american legal
system game. currently i have over $500,000.00 usd in
medical liens ask me. no life is worth that much money.
i would definitely call that oppressed. no one asked
me if i wanted to go into debt to the tune of $500,000.00
usd. yet here i am. the only alternative is bankruptcy.
well what do you know there is the american legal system
game again.
then they wonder why people go postal.
