i counter that with the cake pans all of them
have no draft. they are a sharp 90 degrees between
walls and bottom. the only exception is the angel
food cake pan.

my daughter, who lives in the city of chicago, is
keeping an eye out for bakeware at the various salvation
army thrift stores and goodwill thrift stores.
