	Effective ranges for guns in 338 Lapua and 416 Barrett are now out to 2 
miles and a smidge.  Granted, it requires some profound shooting ability 
to take a human target at that range, but there are more than a few 
people that can do it.  There are a LOT of very fine marksmen in this 
nation... far more than anywhere else on the planet, that is for certain.
