[TheForge] banning samurai swords (in england)

I am not one for limiting free speech, but everyone please remember that
our foreign blacksmiths can get in trouble by merely receiving things
like this.  As an amateur radio operator it is necessary to always
remember that there are ears everywhere, and it isn't always OUR big
brother<G>.
