	Concerned?  Perhaps so, but the relevant question is WHAT, exactly, are 
they concerned about?  The English used to be some of the toughest 
bastards on the planet.  If you judge them today by the public face put 
on by the government, they have devolved into a race of spineless, 
simpering, socialistic sissies clamoring for the state tit and an 
illusion of safety, guaranteed by the state.
