[TheForge] Coffee roaster (Was: Moloch...)

Don't get me wrong, I like strong coffee.  But, IMHO, a strong cup of light or medium roast has more interesting and subtle flavors than dark roast which is mainly charcoal flavor.  YMMV.

the way my Italian friends talked about our American coffee  -- they called
it "dirty water".  The old I get the stronger I liked my coffee.
