[TheForge] Coffee roaster (Was: Moloch...)

The roasting pot the Ethiopian family used was a thin sheet metal pot about
1 quart size and with a round bottom and high sides.  It allowed the roaster
(person) to continuously shake and turn the beans.  The beans were roasted
over the burner of a gas range.  Very low tech.  Very good coffee.
