[TheForge] Coffee roaster (Was: Moloch...)

The roasting pot the Ethiopian family used was a thin sheet metal pot about
1 quart size and with a round bottom and high sides. It allowed the roaster
(person) to continuously shake and turn the beans. The beans were roasted
over the burner of a gas range. Very low tech. Very good coffee.
