Wow, It never ceases to amaze me that so many folks are so unprepared or fail to
plan for weather. I do admit it looks like old footage of WWI battlefield out
there massive tree damage and still raining and we are getting some flooded
fields. Those Power company linemen are really making heroic efforts. We have
no water and intermittent electric. This is my fouth attempt at posting. I can
remember several times in the past having no power or limited resources for
several days. Mmmm I invested in generator, water purifier. Now it is a minor
inconvience not an emergency. Who was it that said "Intellegence is recognizing
a mistake and failing to repete it."? Wish I had bought more white gas though.
The coleman lantern is so handy I may buy another this spring. Wish I hadnt
left my skates in North Dakota, We are gonna have a killer ice rink in front of
my house tonight.
