I use mine for brewing beer so I wouldn't know....Just build a Reil
burner for $10 and aim it at a melting pot

I was told that I could melt lead in turkey fryer, has anyone done this?


I need to turn some 10 pound chucks of lead in to more usable ingots. 

Any other suggestions would be appraciated.
