[TheForge] Ice Cleats

Well we are in the middle of our first big ice storm of the year. I sure am 
glad that I got my cleats made in time.  The spikes seemed a little long 
when on hard surfaces, but worked nicely on the grass and ice covered snow 
pack. The only problen was that they didn't want to stay hooked on my heal, 
so I added an ankle strap to change the angle of the heal strap and they 
worked much better.

I used the design of the cleats on the Anvle Fire web site, project #81. 
Took about 40 minutes to make and well worth the time spent.
