Understood, this is the first I've complained about it.  I'm sorry about 
unloading, I do have a few other things going on that are compounding my 
frustration. Not the least of which is a good friend who is having a hard 
time dealing with Antimony poisoning.  So I do apologize for any

Some additional information/speculation then.

If they can be belived to have actually had them in stock when they tried 
to charge my card, (which I think is actually likely) and had them in 
stock until I gave them my new card number, that means between May 21 and 
Sept 9, they only had the plans in stock for just a little over 2 weeks. 
I had them close the previous card number on July 26, and gave them the 
new number on the 13th of Aug.

Also up to the middle/end of June, they claimed that they were waiting for 
stock to arrive in from ABANA.

I don't know when printing runs are done, and for how much, but somewhere 
on this supply chain, there is a hole where things are falling into it and 
not coming out very often.
