Anyone anywhere near the three corners region of NY, NJ & PA on Sat., 9/1, would do well to join us at Peters Valley for the annual Pig-Iron Fest.  Whole roast pig, beef, and other food, and plenty of beer.  Bring your wallet if you want to bid at the auction.
