Some of you may remember back in May when I was trying to order a set of Kinyon 
plans and looking to borrow a set while I waited for it while they were 
backorderd.  I was able to borrow a set for a couple of weeks and got the 
information I needed.

However, I'm *still* waiting for the ordered plans to show up.

And after the phone call I had this morning I think the members of ABANA should 
know how one of the companies that ABANA has contracted with are actually 
dealing with their members.

I place the order on 5/21.  After about a week it hasn't arrived, so I call and 
find it is back ordered.  Ok, not really a problem.  I ask how long it will 
take to get back in stock and I am told about a week or two.

I call back in two weeks and I'm told they aren't in yet, but probably next 
week.

Rather than bore you with a count by count, about late June, early July, they 
start switching over to it has come in, and has already shipped. Finally, about 
a week before I go to Pennsic, about the 4th time I'm told it has been shipped, 
I am assured, 100% is has shipped.

Well about 3 days before I leave, I find a fradulent charge on one of my credit 
cards.  I haven't made any charges on it in over a month, so I let them shut it 
down and issue me a new new number.

Well, I get back from Pennsic (2 weeks for those who don't know), and I find a 
letter telling me that they can't ship the plans because the charge was denied. 
Sure enough, it was the card in question.  So, on the 13th, I call them, and 
given them a different number and they tell me it is in stock and will ship. 
This is the 13th of Aug.  Well, this morning I call and find out that it is out 
of stock, and they are expecting more in on the 5th of Sept!  The person is 
apologetic, and says she doesn't know who kept giving me the incorrect 
information (I got both male and female CS reps telling me it was shipped), but 
they were out of stock until the 2nd of July.  And when I ask why wasn't it 
shipped to me the, it got shifted to, "Well maybe it was the 20th, I don't have 
that screen up."

In any case, I'm sick of waiting over 3 months for this, and I'm REALLY sick of 
being lied to.
