I introduced my son to forging when he was about 10 
years old.  An unintended consequence was that he had a 
hard time figuring out what to do to be a rebellious 
adolescent since playing with fire and sharp things was 
actively encouraged by his father.  He is now 20 years 
old, holding a well-paying steady job and acting 
unnaturally responsible.  Where did I go wrong....
