Does this customer really mean wrought-iron or is it a generic term?

If you really need wrought, you need to find some scrap because I doubt you'll find new.

I have a customer that would like some strap hinges made of wrought iron. The hinges will be approximately 27" long by 3" wide at the barrel. The question is: Where is there a source to buy good wrought iron? I know of one in England but none in the States. Any help is appreciated.
