I entertained myself today...

Was a pretty good auction, some nice stuff went for some very
reasonable prices, other stuff went a bit too high. Originally went
for the forge and the smithing tools (basicly a bucket of tongs) but
they went a bit too high for my tastes. Wound up with a pair of
skilsaws, $5 each, a pair of sledge hammer heads for $7.50, a cabbage
cutter, $2.50, a decent hand held belt sander for $5 (been needing
one, and saving up a bit, so this was very cool ;-), a few other
things.

There were some very interesting tools that went for very nice prices.
Oxy-acet rig, $65, a TIG welder $85, a Lincoln stick welder $60. Just
wish I'd had more cash on me- I'd have spent quite a bit.

But, I'm happy with what I got, so I can't complain. Makes me want to
go to more auctions though- I'd orgotten how much fun they are ;-)
