Terry was in an accident head on about two weeks ago. Broken hip one
side smashed shin on the other one collapsed lung.
But his glasses weren't broken. He is still in the ICU so phone calls
are limited.
I am forwarding all relevant posts to her email.

I am told they took him off the respirator later in the day.

Well, I think we are on the way to the road to
recovery however it may be a very long one!! Terry is
on a ventilator and really "OUT OF IT". He had the
last surgery yesterday to place permanent rod and pins
in the shin.  Doctor said that he will be keeping him
at St. Anthony's probably a few more days in ICU and
then a few weeks also.  The VA seems fine with that
but eventually he will go to Maywood. The doctor
indicated that he would was looking at rehab into the
holiday season. My family will be up to visit him
tomorrow. My sister is a nurse practioner so that has
been very helpful! Terry's brother and sister-in law
will be here on Friday. Please continue in prayer for
him. We have borrowed a lap top  thinking he could
send e-mail once he gets in a room. Thanks much for
