You might have seen such a chart for an anvil of specific manufacture.
I do not see how it would be possible across the board.
Some designs are almost all body, others almost tipsy from a 
disproportionate horn, some more slender side to side with a taller body 
others more blockish.
Just take a look at alomost any farriers anvil against a Nimba.
