Here is information that I have collected about where one can have a
touch mark stamp made.
 You should check them all out before making an order.
 I have not used any of these companies, so I can not endorse any of them.

   I think Grant Sarver still makes   them...he's the Offcenter Forge
   guy that makes the nifty tongs and   stuff.

The fellows actual name is Ed Siska i did not buy mine from ebay i
contacted him at the email address i posted but when i recieved my
stamp it had his company letterhead. Here you go very nice fellow to
deal with.

If ya dont wanna do it yerself and have the bucks to burn then I think Centaur
 forge still does touchmarks. Ya may wanna call em and looksee.
