Good day eh,
    It amazes me that all you wise sages can give no "Real" advice to this 
poor arthritic soul.My dear departed grandmother had this cure for easing 
suffering.
1 Arise from the wrong side of the bed
2 Speak a foriegn language till noon of that day
3Eat several small invertebrates (worms are best)
4Drink from the shoe of a coal miner
5Curse the day you wre born
6Curse at your neighbors for being born
7 walk backwards to the outhouse(or bathroom)
8Drink two viles of a 150 proof rum
9Shoe a pregnant mare while blindfolded
!0 and last but not least give thanks that  your alive

Or you could ask your doctor what he thinks would help           Paddy P the 
wannabe
